Rodolphe Zarka graduated from L’Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, France with a Masters in both Architecture and Painting.  He won the Grand Prix of Architecture from the City of Tunis, was the French delegate to the International Congress of Architects in Stockholm, and served as a representative of the Belgian government for an Economic Mission to the U.S. and Canada.  He worked as an architect for firms in Paris, Brussels, Memphis, and Houston.

Other artistic achievements include the set designs for Goha the Simple and a collaborative set creation for Lawrence of Arabia.
Rodolphe was awarded Best Set Design by The Houston Press for his work at Theater LaB and created many public murals for local businesses.  A place of interest which represents Rodolphe’s mastery of art and creativity is Thespian Park, a garden filled with his amazing murals depicting a panorama of the history of the theater.
